SparkySpin Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted:
- We will send you a return shipping label.
- We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
